Brazilian coffees are beloved for their nutty creaminess and subtle fruit flavors, and the coffee grown at Jose's farm is a great example of why. Jose da Conceição Gomes is passionate about producing coffee that is both delicious and sustainable. He got to know coffee in Espírito Santo in 1995 and took a liking to the activity of coffee cultivation and practical knowledge of management. After expanding his farm in 2014, he found it difficult to control pests, which led to him seeking out environmentally friendly innovations control them. His property is in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, one of the most favorable regions for the coffee plant due to its well-defined climate: with rainy summers, which favors cherry growing, and dry winter, favorable for the harvesting and drying.

When brewed, this Brazilian coffee is balanced with base notes of toasted nuts and cocoa, and a pleasant acidity reminiscent of apples in a homemade pie. This easy-sipper has a creamy, full body and becomes sweeter as it cools.
