We offer training for professional baristas—to help anyone get from just-getting-started to ready-to-pour. And since we believe that great coffee should be available to everyone, our courses are also open to anyone who wants to become a coffee connoisseur.

Training Staff

Our training staff is exceptional if we do say so ourselves. You’ll be guided through training developed by SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Certified Lead Instructors and BGA (Barista Guild of America) Certified Baristas. Our instructors are experienced, helpful, and here for you!

Ongoing Coffee Education

Sometimes, you need to train new staff. But other times, your staff might just need a refresher course. If that sounds familiar, we're here to help. We offer coffee education courses in Lancaster for individuals, newly formed teams, longstanding teams, and everyone in between.
