This class provides students with an understanding of the fundamental brewing principles that apply to all coffee brewing: water, brew ratio, grind size, time, and temperature.
Students will brew and taste a variety of extractions to learn to detect the characteristics of over- and under-extraction. This class includes hands-on brewing time.
