This class is dedicated to understanding the basics of milk chemistry and how to achieve the proper milk texture for espresso based beverages.
Students will have hands on practice steaming milk to learn proper milk steaming and texturizing methods. Students will be introduced to basic latte art designs, with an opportunity for practice pouring those designs. The majority of this class is hands on practice for both steaming milk and pouring latte art. Come ready to learn!
**Espresso 101 is a prerequisite for Intro to Milk**
